1. My ISP/Web Hosting company asked me to have registerclub.com "release" my domain name. What does this mean? - Top

When an ISP or Web Hosting company tells you that registerclub.com needs to "release" your domain name in order for them to point it to your Web site or configure it for email, this basically means that you (the administrative contact listed for the domain name) need to change the DNS (Domain Name Server) Information listed as authoritative for your domain name.

In the event that your Web Hosting company or Internet Service Provider has requested that you change the DNS Information currently listed as authoritative for your domain name, you will need to make the changes using the following procedures outlined in the paragraph below:

You can use Domain Manager to submit your changes directly to the registry. Domain Manager can be accessed at http://registerclub.com/accounts/login.html

Once the information is submitted to the registry, please allow 24-72 hours (normal Internet propagation time) for the update to be completed.

Log into Domain Manager using the User Name and password that you established during the domain name registration process, then click the Administrate Domains link on the main screen. You will need to be prepared with the names of the DNS that you would like to be authoritative for your domain name - information typically provided by your ISP, Web Hosting company or network administrator. Enter or replace the name of the DNS that you would like to list as authoritative for your domain name.

Your WEB HOSTING COMPANY must do this for you.
This has nothing to do with RegisterClub.com, as we are only the Registration Company... the ONLY way to have MX Record changes done for your domain is from your WEB HOSTING COMPANY.

4. My ISP/Web Hosting company asked me to change the technical and/or zone contact information specified for my domain name. How do I do this? - Top

Easy just login to your Control Panel, and click on Administrate Domains and you can change the Admin, Techincal, or Billing contacts at will :)

5. My ISP/Web Hosting company asked me to change the NIC Handle for my domain name. How do I do this? - Top

A NIC Handle is an identifier used by Network Solutions, Inc. to recognize individual customers within their system. A NIC Handle functions in a similar manner to registerclub.com's User Name in that the profile associated with it can have any number of domain names registered.

If your Web Hosting company or ISP requests that you change your NIC Handle and you have registered your domain name through registerclub.com, the request does not apply.
